I should probably mention here that I got the job I really wanted, and start next month. I have about three weeks of a vacation before I start making the most money I've ever seen in my life.

I'll be making $3 more an hour sending emails all day than I did as, more or less, a system administrator. I think I made the right decision leaving that job, even without considering the terrible emotional work environment and the daily verbal abuse.

Today I'm just going to watch Star Trek all day in memory of Leonard Nimoy. Tomorrow I think I will go to Mt. St. Helens, either with or without J.
